This garden room/side extension works great in offering somewhere to wash and dry clothes, in our wet climate. The timber frame construction goes up in no time. Cladding is western red cedar, for a beautiful, durable finish.
The lean to roof was finished in 16mm polycarbonate roofing material, providing plenty of light inside whilst also offering insulation properties. The flashings and hidden gutter were made of shaped aluminum sheeting.
This is a prefabricated garden room/cabin, it has been assembled five feet from the back wall of the property. After assembly, a lean-to roof, to the back wall was added, and then closed in with side walls, damp proofed floor, a door and plenty of shelving. Creating an ideal garden shed for storage.
